years ago formatting a computer meant painstakingly, manually putting in 25 DISKETTES!yes, 25! in and out to install the drivers and whatnot..meaning it takes a longer time, and u cant leave it like nowadays when u only need 1 or 2 discs.another thing is that they have to be installed in the exact order,so if you lose/damage the 4th etc..the whole set would be useless!so u'll need backups
you can gain weight even with severe diarrhoea in malaysia.
semandak means perempuan ,and the labuan dialect is nearer to brunei's
the recent weather changes in labuan i'm experiencing is partly due to that storm in Sabah
underwater fishing is usually done at night with a torchlight,snorkel/scuba equipment & an underwater gun?/crossbow?..the fish is usually around 1m ,never too big as u might be pulled ( it's underwater- if they're bigger, they have the advantage)
the Sipadan coral reef is world renowned as one of the world's best, if not the most beautiful..now if only i could just get there without wasting too much money.
the village of Patau-Patau in Labuan is also another village fully on water..with stilts and walkways and stuff
i shamefully have to admit, though i considered/pictured myself as the exact oppossite of a shopaholic- i had spent a lot on clothes, books, cds, some quite expensive electronic gadgets, food,a bag and a very cool pair of sting sunglasses!oh and not to forget even a winter jacket in malaysia!..i only found out when i came home with a winter jacket and 2 shirts, sat down, made a list..and freaked out..huhu
i still have not written anything about that practical in labuan hospital..dunno i don seem to have the mood though i really wanted to do it.
yesterday i did write yet another entry but the frequency of that happening seemed too much so i saved 'desperate housewives' as a draft and let anyone interested wonder 'what in heavens would i have written with that title'
another thing is that i'm sorry if you see this blog without enough anti-war articles or anything..it's my fault, though i feel deeply for the plight of my lebanese n palestine brothers and sisters, somehow i dont want (yet) to put any, as i feel that putting anything,no matter how much, isnt enough, and ,and i'll try to make up with some other things insyAllah i can do
i really admire though, the other muslims writing, i support them and any other attempt to bring back the peace..no matter how small or big,
for me, i will do my part in other ways and let this blog stay light and be a place for a mind to relax a bit for a while.

hey there!
not quite,i'm in WP Pulau Labuan, where my father has been working for the past year.
i've made too many posts,it's too long, too 'yada yada yada' and sounds like a girl--so there!
it's another form of contribution, yes 'the in thing',and everytime i read one i feel bad about not doing enough, but i dont know/am not good a writer enough to write about it,and i prefer making my own original entries.well i can make many excuses, so in short i (maybe) dont (yet) want to write much about it and concentrate on supporting peace in some other ways, insyaAllah.
you know who i'm talking about, dont try to pretend now, hehe
hehe just kidding ok!
hahaha (laughing endlessly)
