The last lecture, and achieving your dreams

I had a really bad call last night,
A baby died in front of my eyes, another old patient died next to her, and I had such difficult cases, most had to be sent within the hour to Queen for further management impossible in my hospital, and needed constant doctor supervision/escort..up until this morning.
Motivation and inspiration is important to keep yourself sane in moments like these so I watched "The last lecture" by the late Randy Pausch.. I watched a shortened version a few years ago (I think it was on oprah)
His "last lecture" was so good, he was listed by Times Magazines in the "100 most inpirational people" list

In search of happyness

Here are some of many ways to search for one's happiness..

1. some look around them
2. a few look inside themselves
3. some groups creates their own aims, and obtain happiness either by achieving their goals, or on the way there
4. others go to far exotic lands, where the different cultures makes it almost fairy tale like
